We cordially invite you to a unique event inspired by Korean tradition - „KIMCHI IN ONGGI”. - or preparing kimchi together in traditional onggi dishes!

On November 15, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., we will prepare kimchi together according to the original recipe, and then - as custom dictates - bury it in the ground in onggi clay pots to ripen naturally. However, this meeting is not only a culinary workshop, but also a journey into the culture of Korea.

The program will also include:

  • Exhibition of Korean masks made from hanji paper
  • Exhibition of traditional onggi vessels
  • Opportunity to dress up in traditional Korean costume - hanbok
  • Korean tea brewing demonstration with tasting
  • Gastro zone with Korean cuisine dishes

Let it be a day filled with the flavors, colors and smells of Korea!
