We invite you to carry out photo and video sessions on the grounds of PAN Botanical Garden in Powsin - one of the most picturesque and naturally diverse places around Warsaw.
PLEASE BE INFORMED that all photo and video shoots are done for a fee.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR PHOTO AND VIDEO SHOOTS

Implementation of the session is possible after prior notification by email to: sesje@ob.pan.pl.
In your message, please include:
- organizer's name,
- contact phone number,
- type of session,
- The planned date and approximate times of implementation.

The session can take place only after obtaining written permission and confirmation of the date. Photos and recordings are possible during the opening hours of the Garden and in the area open to visitors. Productions outside opening hours require separate permission.

Occasional sessions

Price list of sessions (wedding, engagement, communion and other)
Price for a session of up to 3 hours for up to 4 people:
- 400 PLN gross (April-October)
- 300 PLN gross (November-March)

Surcharges:
- each additional person over 4 - PLN 50 gross
- each additional hour started above 3 - 120 PLN gross

Performing sessions without a fee
- 300 zloty gross - under pain of immediate termination of the session and leaving the Garden, without the right to reimbursement of admission tickets.

Additional information:
- Participants in the session must carry a ticket or receipt confirming payment.
- In a single charge, the photographer can take one session for one customer.
- Occasional sessions are held non-exclusive land.
- Payment of the fee constitutes acceptance of the Session Rules and Regulations of the Garden tour.

Sessions and commercial productions

Commercial shoots include advertising, product and fashion shoots, videos (including music videos, TV programs), training and workshop projects, and events organized by photographers and photography groups.

- Night sessions and those requiring exclusive space are subject to additional fees.
- Implementation of commercial sessions is based on individual arrangements and a signed agreement.
- Rental terms and the cost of implementation are determined separately for each project.

Possibility to order catering (full-day commercial sessions)

In the case of commercial full-day sessions The garden offers the possibility to order catering for the team - including coffee breaks, snacks and full meals tailored to the day's schedule.
We discuss the details of the offer individually at the planning stage of the session.

Rules of the Garden

- It is forbidden to enter flowerbeds, infrastructure elements and areas excluded from the tour.
- Any damages are the responsibility of the session organizer or participants (including financially).
- Disputable situations shall be resolved by the Director of the Garden or an authorized employee.

The regulations are effective as of March 1, 2025.
