On June 28 (Sunday), we invite you to the final concert as part of XXX International Piano Festival „Musical Floralia - Music in Flowers” 2026

Justyna Żołnacz and Gabriel Bortnowski will take the stage to bring this year’s festival to a close with exceptional recitals.

Due to the forecast of high temperatures, the concert will take place inside Villa Janówek. We will provide seating for our guests within the villa’s cool walls so that everyone can comfortably enjoy the music

2:00 p.m. – Justyna Żołnacz

Program:

• Fryderyk Chopin – Mazurka in A-flat major, Op. 17, No. 3; Etude in C-sharp minor, Op. 25, No. 7; Sonata in B-flat minor, Op. 35

• Claude Debussy – L’isle joyeuse

Justyna Żołnacz – a student at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw in Prof. Piotr Paleczny’s class. Winner of numerous national and international competitions, including the Grand Prix at the 12th International Chamber Music Competition in Bydgoszcz and a laureate of the „Estrada Młodych” competition at the 59th Polish Piano Festival in Słupsk (2025). She has performed at venues including the National Philharmonic, the Royal Castle, the Fryderyk Chopin Museum, and Fryderyk Chopin’s Birthplace in Żelazowa Wola.

3:00 p.m. – Gabriel Bortnowski

Program:

• Fryderyk Chopin – Ballade in A-flat major, Op. 47; Impromptu in A-flat major, Op. 29

• Franz Schubert – Sonata in C minor, D. 958

Gabriel Bortnowski – a student at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice. Winner of numerous prestigious piano competitions, including the „Estrada Młodych” award at the 59th Polish Piano Festival in Słupsk (2025) and second prize at the 13th „Arthur Rubinstein in memoriam” International Competition for Young Pianists. He has given concerts in Poland and abroad, performing in Japan, the United States, France, and Germany, among other places, and has also performed with symphony orchestras.
