Meeting place: the patio by the main entrance, 2 Prawdziwka StreetThis workshop is designed for flower lovers who want to learn that flowers aren’t just decorations in vases and flower beds—many of them can also be enjoyed on a plate as edible flowers.
As we stroll through the garden, we’ll look at and discuss a selection of plant species with edible flowers, as well as the rules for harvesting, drying, and storing them for culinary purposes. We’ll find out if the flowers have any flavor and what can be made from them. After the walk, there will be a tasting of flowers, dishes, and flowers from earlier phenological periods.
