Offer cooperation in the field of CSR activities<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Dear Sirs,<\/p>\n

We would like to invite you to cooperate with us in an initiative that combines concern for the environment, real environmental action and employee involvement in a valuable and inspiring project. Our proposal is a modern CSR partnership, in which your Company can actively support the protection of nature and the local community, while building a strong and responsible image of its brand.<\/p>\n

Goals of cooperation<\/strong><\/h2>\n

As part of the joint action, we propose, among other things:
- Involvement of employees in maintenance work at the Botanical Garden,
- Developing environmental awareness through direct contact with nature,
- Supporting projects that have a real impact on improving the environment,
- Highlighting your organization's commitment to sustainability.<\/p>\n

Proceedings of the event<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The partnership involves a one-day or recurring employee volunteer activity. The garden provides a coordinator who is responsible for instruction, safety and supervision of tools and materials.<\/p>\n

Proposed schedule:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Welcoming participants and a brief introduction to the Garden's activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Move to the garden work area and discuss tasks.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Implementation of the work, according to the established hours and breaks.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    During the break - a guided walk through selected collections of the Garden.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Summary and conclusion of the event.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    We provide:<\/strong>
    - gardening tools and gloves,
    - Access to drinking water (dispensers in the Garden),
    - Free parking for employees,
    \n- certificate of participation in CSR<\/p>\n

    Possibility of patronage<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    We encourage you to consider patronizing a selected part of the plant collections.
    Such patronage may include:
    - Support the care and development of collections (e.g., protected, exotic, endangered plants),
    - Joint activities to promote biodiversity conservation,
    - Building long-term image projects based on green activities.<\/p>\n

    Cyclical activities throughout the year<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    The cooperation can be year-round - we organize events at any time of the year. This allows employees to follow the results of their work, observe the changing garden and build a deeper relationship with nature. This formula reinforces engagement and a sense of real impact.<\/p>\n

    Spaces for business<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    As part of the partnership, we also offer rental opportunities:
    - conference room,
    - selected garden spaces, for: training, workshops, team-building meetings, product launches, outdoor events or company picnics.<\/p>\n

    Annual passes for employees - special offer<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    We offer the opportunity to purchase year-round passes at a preferential price 160 z\u0142<\/strong>
    (Regular price: PLN 200; single ticket: PLN 25).<\/p>\n

    The pass includes unlimited admission throughout the year and participation in the Garden's many events, including:
    - symposia and conferences,
    - concerts, exhibitions, author meetings,
    - fairs, demonstrations and many other activities.<\/p>\n

    Possibility to order catering<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    The garden offers the possibility to order catering for the team - including coffee breaks, snacks and full meals tailored to the day's schedule.
    \nWe discuss the details of the offer individually at the stage of the planned event.<\/p>\n
