We will see the Salar de Uyuni, the largest salt marsh on Earth - a snow-white sea of salt with Cactus Island, covered with monumental specimens of Echinopsis atacamensis. We will explore the mountainous semi-deserts with tola shrubs, where llamas, wild vicu\u00f1as and mountain viscachas - relatives of chinchillas - live. We will also encounter one of the world's strangest plants - yareta (Azorella compacta). This really cannot be described - it has to be seen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The other face of Bolivia is the warm and humid lowlands covered with dense forests. This is a kingdom of unusual animals: hoatzins, racojas, saimiri monkeys and hairy sloths.
