Thank you to everyone who came on November 15 and explored the flavors, smells and colors of Korea with us.<\/p>\n<p>What was going on?<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0f Together we prepared kimchi in traditional onggi dishes, which is now maturing in the ground.<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0f We admired an exhibition of hanji paper masks and learned about their symbolism.<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0f We viewed and touched the original onggi vessels, learning about their history.<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0f Many of you have tried on hanbok, the traditional Korean costume!<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0f We tasted Korean teas and dishes in the gastro area - it tasted delicious.<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0f And finally, according to ancient tradition, we buried kimchi, which will ripen in the ground until spring!<\/p>\n<p>Why was it special?<br \/>\nBecause we didn't just cook - we learned, had fun and moved into the world of Korean tradition. The atmosphere was full of joy, curiosity and shared discovery.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you to all participants, organizers from ONGGI Cultural Association Poland-Korea and partners of the event.
