A reminder about the art contest - \u201eEricalia 2025\u201d!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Its theme is plants of the Ericaceae (heath) family, including rhododendrons and azaleas, heathers and heathers, pieris, enkianthus, crowberry, blueberry and others. We presented many plant silhouettes on our FB profile tagged with hashtags: #ericaceae, #ericalia. \ud83c\udfa8
\nThe deadline for submitting competition entries has been extended to \ud835\udfef\ud835\udfec \ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddf6\ud835\ude00\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddfd\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddee \ud835\udfee\ud835\udfec\ud835\udfee\ud835\udff1. The results of the contest will be announced by \ud835\udfed\ud835\udfee \ud835\uddf4\ud835\uddff\ud835\ude02\ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddee \ud835\udfee\ud835\udfec\ud835\udfee\ud835\udff1. The contest is open to elementary and high school students from the districts of Otwock, Piaseczyn, Pruszkow, Warsaw and Warsaw West. Participation in the contest is free of charge.<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udfc6 Awards will be presented in the following categories:
\n\u25aa Class I-III elementary school,
\n\u25aa Class IV-VIII elementary school,
\n\u25aa High school.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udccc Competition entries:
\n\u25aa Should depict a plant or group of plants from the heath family (Ericaceae),
\n\u25aa They can be a detailed drawing depicting the morphological features of a particular plant made by a young botanist or an artistic impression on the subject,
\n\u25aa can be made using any art technique (e.g., pencil, crayon, poster paints, watercolor, tempera, dry pastels, oil pastels, collage). Only flat art forms are allowed for the competition,
\n\u25aa They should be made on paper of the bristol or technical block type. A3\/B3 or A2\/B2 format,
\n\u25aa be made independently,
\n\u25aa Their topics should be closely related to the theme of the competition,
\n\u25aa on behalf of the student sends Parent\/Guardian. It is allowed to send several works by the Teacher (tutor or teacher of the thematic circle, e.g. art, nature),
\n\u25aa Each student may submit one entry to the competition.<\/p>\n

The works should be delivered to the Organizer in an envelope or folder via mail\/courier to the following address: Polish Academy of Sciences Botanical Garden - Center for the Preservation of Biological Diversity, 2 Prawdziwka St., 02-973 Warsaw with the note: \u201eERICALIA\u201d art contest.<\/p>\n
