During the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the PAS Botanical Garden in Powsin, the Garden's director, Professor Arkadiusz Nowak, was awarded the prestigious Nicolaus Copernicus Medal.
\nThe medal is awarded to exceptional researchers who have made significant contributions to the development of science. The decoration is awarded by the Presidium of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
