Warsaw in Flowers is a project that popularizes urban plant cultivation - flowers, herbs, shrubs and trees - among Warsaw residents. The culmination of the event is a competition for the most beautifully flowered balconies and gardens of Varsovians. This is a contest with a pre-war tradition, which is continued by the Warsaw Greenery Board in cooperation with the Society of Friends of Warsaw, and the event's partner is, among others, the PAN Botanical Garden in Powsin.
