{"id":72347,"date":"2022-02-11T14:59:52","date_gmt":"2022-02-11T13:59:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ogrod-powsin.pl\/konkurs-na-najwieksza-dynie\/"},"modified":"2022-02-11T14:59:52","modified_gmt":"2022-02-11T13:59:52","slug":"contest-for-the-biggest-pumpkin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ogrod.pan.pl\/en\/konkurs-na-najwieksza-dynie\/","title":{"rendered":"Competition for the largest pumpkin"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We invite you to participate in the 1st Competition for the largest pumpkin, the finals of which will be held on October 15 at the PAN Botanical Garden - CZRB in Powsin.<\/p>\n<p>The goal of the competition is:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Popularization of pumpkin cultivation and its nutritional value;<\/li>\n<li>Exchange of breeding experience among the participants of the Competition;<\/li>\n<li>Education on growing and caring for pumpkins;<\/li>\n<li>Promoting the principles of sustainable development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Weighing of the pumpkins, announcement of the results and presentation of awards will take place on October 15 at 14:00 during the Pumpkin Day celebration. The jury will select the largest pumpkin from among the submitted pumpkins, and its grower will be awarded a prize of PLN 5,000 by the Director of the PAN Botanical Garden - Center for the Preservation of Biological Diversity in Powsin.<\/p>\n<p>A second prize of PLN 3,000 and a third prize of PLN 1,000 will also be awarded.<\/p>\n<p>You are welcome to participate!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ogrod.pan.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Konkurs-na-najwieksza-dynie.pdf\">Competition Regulations<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We invite you to participate in the 1st Largest Pumpkin Contest, the finals of which will take place on October 15 at the Polish Academy of Sciences Botanical Garden \u2013 CZRB in Powsin.
