Dr.<\/span><\/span> Anna Zn\u00f3j, assistant professor at the Botanical Garden of the Polish Academy of Sciences, is currently in the Faroe Islands, where she is conducting a project funded by F\u00f8roya Fuglafr\u00f8\u00f0ifelag, a conservation organization. He is working on the impact of seabird colonies (Hydrobates pelagicus) on the vegetation there. <\/p>\n

Understanding the mechanisms that shape interspecies relationships will allow better planning of measures to protect both birds and naturally occurring plant species.<\/div>\n
The research is being carried out under the supervision of Jens-Kjeld Jensen, author of many books on the fauna and flora of the Faroe Islands.<\/div>\n
