The measurements and analysis of the tissues made it possible to conclude that in the initial stages of development, the growth of wood fibers in the tangential direction occurs exclusively in the intrusive path, while in the radial direction it is a combination of intrusive and symplastic growth (the average proportion of intrusive growth is 37.8%, symplastic growth is 62.2%).<\/p>\n<p>Article: Miodek A., Gizinska A. &amp; Kojs P.
