Dzi\u015b spojrzymy na nie z innej strony i sprawdzimy, co literatura naukowa m\u00f3wi o ich wp\u0142ywie na ro\u015bliny.&nbsp;Nanocz\u0105stki srebra niew\u0105tpliwie mog\u0105 mie\u0107 szkodliwy wp\u0142yw na ro\u015bliny. Nair i &nbsp;Chung (2014) prowadzili hodowle siewek ry\u017cu (<em>Oryza sativa<\/em>) na po\u017cywce z dodatkiem AgNPs (w st\u0119\u017ceniach 0,2- 1 mg\/L). (2014)<\/strong> zbadali wp\u0142yw AgNPs w st\u0119\u017ceniach 1 i 10 mg\/L na kie\u0142kowanie i rozw\u00f3j siewek pszenicy (<em>Triticum aestivum<\/em>). AgNPs nie wyp\u0142yn\u0119\u0142y na liczb\u0119 wykie\u0142kowanych nasion, natomiast zmniejszy\u0142a si\u0119 d\u0142ugo\u015b\u0107 korzeni i \u0142odyg siewek. Dodatkowo, na korzeniach pojawi\u0142y si\u0119 zbr\u0105zowienia.&nbsp;<strong>Sosan i in. (2016)<\/strong> prowadzili badania na siewkach rodkiewnika pospolitego (<em>Arabidopsis thaliana<\/em>), kt\u00f3ry jest powszechnie wykorzystywany w badaniach nad ro\u015blinami. Okre\u015blany jest mianem ro\u015bliny modelowej. Zesp\u00f3\u0142 testowa\u0142 wysokie st\u0119\u017cenia nanocz\u0105stek (300-5000 mg\/L) dodawanych do po\u017cywek. Ju\u017c przy najni\u017cszym z zastosowanych st\u0119\u017ce\u0144 AgNPs obserwowano zahamowany rozw\u00f3j korzeni i li\u015bci.&nbsp;Z drugiej strony, nanocz\u0105stki srebra mog\u0105 wywo\u0142ywa\u0107 u ro\u015blin tak\u017ce po\u017c\u0105dane reakcje. <strong>Nghia i in. (2017)<\/strong>prowadzili 4-tygodniow\u0105 kultur\u0119 fragment\u00f3w p\u0119d\u00f3w z\u0142ocienia (<em>Chrysanthemum morifolium<\/em>) z dodatkiem AgNPs. Przy st\u0119\u017ceniu nanocz\u0105stek r\u00f3wnym 1,5 mg\/L uzyskano u ro\u015blin d\u0142u\u017csze p\u0119dy, a liczba korzeni by\u0142a ponad 2-krotnie wi\u0119ksza ni\u017c w kontroli (<strong>Fot. 2<\/strong>). <strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Mahendran i in. (2017)<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">wykazali wzrost produkcji zwi\u0105zk\u00f3w fenolowych u wanilii (<\/span><em style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Vanilla&nbsp; planifolia<\/em><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">) w kulturze z dodatkiem 25 i 50 mg\/L AgNPs.&nbsp;Efekty jakie mog\u0105 u ro\u015blin wywo\u0142ywa\u0107 AgNPs zwi\u0105zane s\u0105 z ich zdolno\u015bci\u0105 do niszczenia b\u0142on kom\u00f3rkowych, zak\u0142\u00f3cania replikacji DNA, wywo\u0142ywania zwi\u0119kszonej produkcji reaktywnych form tlenu oraz hamowania produkcji etylenu. Warto mie\u0107 \u015bwiadomo\u015b\u0107, \u017ce wp\u0142yw AgNPs na ro\u015bliny mo\u017ce by\u0107 zar\u00f3wno pozytywny, jak i negatywny.
